JOB 01 Sales Position
Primary Responsibilities
- Visit clients to discuss challenges and propose products
- Correspond with clients via email and phone
(English required for overseas accounts) - Arrange and ship samples; prepare quotations and proposals
- Attend deliveries and provide after-sales support
JOB 02 Administrative Position
Primary Responsibilities
- Domestic order processing and fulfillment
- Trade administration
- Email correspondence with clients
- Order placement with overseas manufacturers and delivery schedule coordination
- Preparation and arrangement of trade documents for import/export (invoices, packing lists, etc.)
- Answering phone calls and visitor reception
- Prepare delivery notes and invoices (input into accounting software)
- Other duties: purchasing product samples, managing consumables, office cleaning.

This is a B2B sales role where we propose food ingredients, additives, and packaging materials to product development and purchasing managers at food manufacturers.
We engage in consultative sales to support our clients’ product creation.
– Proposal Sales Process
1) Visit clients: Conduct an interview to gather their challenges and ideas for new product.
2) Select proposed items: Choose optimal ingredients or materials based on the discussion and prepare proposal materials.
3) Product proposal: Revisit to present the products. Sometimes accompanied by the ingredient manufacturer.
(Includes: administrative tasks like arranging product-related documents and creating quotations.)

I primarily handle export arrangements for food raw materials.
The general workflow is: receive orders from overseas → place orders with domestic manufacturers → prepare export documents such as invoices and certificates → request bookings with forwarders → proceed with export.
While export arrangements are my main focus, I also handle a wide range of other tasks, including import arrangements for milk cartons and managing orders for domestic clients.
