What is “Fish Sauce 20”
Our original Fish Sauce 20 is Thai-made Nam pla, made from fresh anchovies and marine salt and naturally fermented.
We refine it by filtration and heat sterilization in Japan.
Moreover, we use only extra virgin Nam pla in our products, it has a superior taste and contains abundant free amino acids..
* Extra virgin nam pla is the first extraction from anchovies that are marinated in marine salt and fermented.
